SERVICE INQUIRIES
How we use your inquiry
Who is responsible
Scale on Steroids is operated by RUDRAV TRADES LLC, a US business. We decide how your service inquiry is used. Contact vaibhav@scaleonsteroids.com about your information or any of the choices below.
What we collect
We collect the contact details, business information, goals, budget ranges, preferred reply channel and permissions you submit. We also keep relevant correspondence, review decisions and, if you become a client, the agreed scope, payment status and onboarding information. Hosting and communication providers process technical information needed to operate and secure their services.
Providing an inquiry is optional. We need the required business and contact details to assess it and respond. Please do not include sensitive personal information, passwords or other people’s private details in your answers.
Why we use it
We use your information to assess your request, respond, arrange a discussion and manage an engagement. Where you request steps towards your own contract, we use the information for those steps and the resulting contract. For business representatives, our legitimate interest is handling the business inquiry and relationship. We also have a legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and maintaining accurate records, and retain records required by applicable law.
Your selected reply channel tells us how you want to hear from us. WhatsApp requires your explicit selection and permission. Submitting an application does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Review and AI assistance
Your answers help route the inquiry to service review or a relevant free resource. Our team decides whether an inquiry is suitable for agency support. When AI assistance is enabled, Google Gemini may help draft a contextual initial acknowledgment using your name and the business information you supply. It does not approve an engagement or decide your price. You can ask our team to review an inquiry or correct its information.
Services involved
We use Railway for the website and application records; Notion for our CRM; Google Workspace for email and documents; Google Gemini for assisted drafting; and Cal.com for booking and checking appointments. If you choose WhatsApp, messages pass through WhatsApp and our WAHA service hosted on Oracle infrastructure. Playing a portfolio video loads a Google Drive player. These services receive the information needed for the relevant task.
If we agree an engagement and provide a Stripe payment link, Stripe processes the payment details. Our application stores invoice identifiers, amounts and payment status rather than your full card number. Staff and service providers who support the work may access relevant records.
Optional campaign measurement
If you opt in, the Meta Pixel loads to measure this page visit and your saved application, and can set or read browser identifiers. We retain campaign-source information associated with your inquiry. When campaign measurement is enabled, we may send Meta an inquiry event, a human-reviewed qualification outcome or a payment outcome, together with permitted matching information. This can include hashed email and phone identifiers, browser or campaign identifiers, a public page address and transaction value. Hashing supports matching; it does not make the information anonymous. We do not send your free-text business answers as advertising-event data.
We rely on your consent for this optional measurement. Declining it does not prevent service review. You can withdraw it by emailing us or telling our team; this stops future consent-based sharing but does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Where information is handled
Our team works in India, and our business and providers operate internationally, including in the United States. Your information may therefore be accessed or processed outside the UK. Contact us for details of the providers, processing locations and transfer safeguards relevant to your inquiry, or to request a copy of the applicable safeguards.
How long we keep information
For an inquiry that does not become an engagement, we consider whether the discussion is still active, the last meaningful contact, your stated timing and whether the information is still needed. We review non-client inquiries 12 months after the last meaningful contact and remove information that is no longer needed. For clients, we consider the engagement, accounting and legal record requirements and any outstanding dispute. A minimal record of a request not to be contacted may be retained so that we can respect it.
A deletion review covers the application, CRM and relevant communications. Backup copies and provider records may follow different retention cycles; we will explain any retention that applies to your request.
Your choices and rights
You can object to our use of your information based on legitimate interests, and ask us to stop contacting you. Email us or tell our team through your existing conversation.
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information. You can also withdraw consent. We may need to verify your identity and explain any limits on a request, such as records we must retain.
If you have concerns, please contact us. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or to the relevant authority where you live.
