The Nurture System

Turn quiet leads
back into buyers.

Welcome, education, value follow-up, nurture, and reactivation for leads, carts, quotes, and quiet contacts you already paid for. Your CRM is full of revenue. You’re just not touching it.

For businesses with leads going quiet after the first touch. Tell us what is stuck, and we’ll point you at the cleanest next step.

01/The leak

That big deal that went cold 60 days ago?
It’s still in your database.

You paid to earn every one of those names — in ad spend, in trade-show flights, in afternoons spent quoting. They didn’t all say no. Most just went quiet.

The trade-show stack

A drawer of business cards from the last three shows. You paid for the booth, the flights, the handshakes. Scanned into the system, maybe. Followed up? Once, if at all.

The quote nobody chased

Someone asked for a price. You spent an afternoon putting it together, sent it, and the thread went quiet. Nobody ever asked what happened next — so nothing did.

The list nobody emails

Ten thousand contacts in the system and not one message in a year. Every single name on that list once raised a hand and said: I might buy this.

Here’s the reframe that changes everything: a cold lead is usually a paused lead. Wrong timing, no follow-up, or they picked someone else — for now. A paused lead already knows your name, which means reactivating one isn’t cold outreach. It’s picking up a conversation that already started. We published the exact reactivation playbook — the same one we install.

02/What we install

What changes when
the system is in.

Five pieces, built and run for you. Each one in plain words — because if we can’t explain it plainly, you shouldn’t pay for it.

1

Every enquiry answered in minutes — even at 2am.

A new lead gets a real reply within minutes, then follow-up on day 0, day 3, and day 7. Nothing slips while your team sleeps, and you reach every conversation before the slower competitor does.

2

Your contact list, cleaned and sorted.

Most CRMs are a graveyard with good lighting — thousands of names, no idea who's still warm. We clean and sort yours so the hottest conversations surface first, every morning.

3

Wake-up campaigns for dormant contacts.

Messages that lead with something genuinely useful — a price update, a new capability, the answer to the question they asked last time. Never a desperate “just checking in.”

4

Follow-up that sounds like you.

Your tone, their context, every time — consistent personalization, not robot blasts. Nothing goes out that you wouldn't have written yourself on your best day.

5

A monthly memo on who came back to life.

Which old contacts re-engaged, who replied, who booked — shown in your own system, not our dashboard, so you can verify every line yourself.

03/Under the hood

The plumbing nobody sees decides whether any of this works.

Before a single message goes out, we set up sender authentication — SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, the credentials that tell inbox providers your email really came from you — and scrub the dead addresses off your list so your sending reputation stays clean. Then we tune the timing to your sales cycle: contacts who’ve been quiet for 60 to 90 days are usually the sweet spot — long enough to need a nudge, recent enough to remember you. It’s the difference between landing in the inbox and dying quietly in spam. Most businesses’ emails do the latter without anyone noticing — we wrote up exactly why, and how to check yours.

04/Honest answers

The questions
you’re already
thinking.

Answered the way we’d answer on a call — no hedging, no pitch.

Won't automated follow-up feel robotic?

Generic blasts feel robotic — the same message to everyone, sent at random. Segmented, well-timed, specific messages feel thoughtful. The automation doesn't replace the thoughtfulness; it makes the thoughtfulness consistent — including at 2am, when no human is at a desk.

Our CRM is a disaster. Is it even worth cleaning?

That's exactly when it's worth it. The messier the list, the more paused conversations are buried inside it — and one reactivated deal often pays for the whole cleanup. The audit will tell you honestly whether yours is worth waking up before you spend anything.

Can you do WhatsApp?

Yes — where it fits how your buyers actually talk, and always consent-based. For clinics and local services it's often the channel that converts: people answer a WhatsApp message they'd let sit in email for a week. Where it doesn't fit, we'll say so and stick to email.

Nurture is the third of three leaks. If buyers can’t find you in the first place, start with the Visibility System; if the wrong ones keep showing up, it’s the Lead-Flow System. The first diagnostic tells you which leak is bleeding most.
